Tea Around Town Dallas completely ruined what was supposed to be a special girls’ experience for us on May 17, 2026 at the 1:30 PM event. We literally flew in because we saw this experience all over TikTok and were genuinely excited to make memories together. We booked this over a month in advance, planned outfits, wore heels in Texas heat, coordinated schedules, spent money on travel, food, transportation, and dedicated our entire afternoon around this event only for it to never happen. We arrived early at 1:15 PM because it was our first time and we wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. We noticed other confused guests standing around waiting for the bus as well, but we tried to stay positive. Then at 1:21 PM just minutes before the event was supposed to begin we received a text saying the event was “pushed back” with absolutely no explanation. At that point, we were already irritated but still hopeful, so we walked to a nearby restaurant to wait it out while trying not to let the disappointment ruin the day. A bit disappointed with the quality. Dry sandwiches, and some off tasting flavors. We paid for 90 minutes but the previous bus was 30 minutes late so our trip was trimmed to an hour so they could make up time or get back on schedule. The best parts are the lobster roll sandwiches and roast beef. Tea was poured very sparingly and didn't seem to meet the price paid so we felt disappointed. Be sure to tip as you go, our server was working frantically to keep up since she was the only one.

I am writing this review because I feel like this company is taking advantage of customers. My aunt purchased seven tickets for Tea Around Town. The day started off great—we got dressed up and headed to Dallas—but things went downhill quickly. First, the bus was extremely hot. I don’t usually sweat much, even when working out, yet sweat was dripping down my face. The sandwiches looked old, or maybe they were just melting from the heat. Then the bus broke down due to technical issues, and we were let off on a random street corner with no further assistance. We had to pay for an Uber just to get back to our cars. Now the company is refusing to issue a refund. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. They did not hold up their end of the agreement, and customers should not be expected to pay for an experience that was never delivered. We paid for a 90 minute tour, and we did not receive anything close to what was promised… How are paying customers left stranded on a Dallas city street to figure out what their next move will be??? #Stuck

My best friend and I decided to treat ourselves for our birthdays this month. We really enjoyed the experience! The tea was great, the food and desserts were all delicious! The entertainment was awesome, he can really sing and he did a great job with the guided tour. The staff were all very friendly and personable!! My only gripe was that the bus was late. Considering that we have to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure and the bus was 15 minutes late, meant that we had been waiting for 30 minutes. But once we boarded the bus, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had no further complaints. And I must compliment the bus driver. The way he was able to maneuver that large bus through the streets of downtown Dallas with such ease was commendable. I have lived in Dallas all my life and I saw parts of downtown that I never knew existed. This was well worth the wait and the money spent. I look forward to coming back again or trying this in another city.

I had a lovely time at Tea Around Town Dallas! The bus was visually appealing and so pretty and it really made the whole experience feel special, a tea party on wheels. I enjoyed the tea tasting and the delicious food they offered. The tour guide made it extra fun with their narration and singing, which added a nice personal touch. While I did notice the driver ran a few lights, overall I still had a positive experience. I do feel it’s a bit overpriced, but it was definitely a unique and memorable way to spend the afternoon.
